1Overview & Platform Scope

SupplyTown operates an online marketplace connecting construction material buyers (Customers, Contractors, Builders) with verified material suppliers (Vendors) and logistics drivers (Delivery Partners). We facilitate transparent material discovery, payment processing, dispatch tracking, and verified delivery handoffs.

2Information We Collect

We collect only the details required to deliver your materials and fulfill statutory tax compliance:

• Account Information: Name, mobile number, email address, and account role.
• Delivery Details: Construction site address, coordinates/pincode, and site contact name.
• Business Information (Vendors & Contractors): Company name, GSTIN, PAN, and billing address for issuing GST invoices.

3Delivery Verification & Delivery OTP

To protect customers and vendors from missing loads, every order generates a unique 4-digit Delivery OTP upon shipment. Drivers cannot mark an order as Delivered without entering the exact OTP provided by the recipient on site. Never share your Delivery OTP until the materials have arrived and were inspected on site.

4Data Protection & Privacy

We never sell your personal information or contact details to third-party telemarketers. Your phone number and site address are shared only with the assigned vendor and driver for the duration of the order delivery. All passwords and session tokens are encrypted with industry-standard protocols.
